Our buildings are built to such exacting standards, so well insulated and ventilated, that they create an airy and comfortable home all year around. That's a Passivhaus!
We build certified Passivhaus’, creating ultra efficient houses that essentially require no heating or cooling, saving on bills and carbon emissions. Where possible we use sustainable building methods, with consideration of a building’s whole life cycle.
We offer a full range of quality services, all built to a high standard. We can build your new home, renovate or extend your existing property to suit your budget.
We'll help you achieve full value from an extension, maximising that special new space for your home. We'll work with you to turn your dreams into a reality.
Our team undertakes exclusive renovations and stunning new builds in South Devon and Cornwall. We pride ourselves in outstanding customer service, great value and fantastic attention to detail. Our passion for highly efficient homes started when we built our first Passivhaus, and since then we have continued to adopt innovative and sustainable methods of construction to provide our clients with the best possible value for their project.
